Remember, when your files have outlived their usefulness to your organization and you’ve satisfied all records retention laws, we’ll even shred them for you for FREE!
Simply assign a Future Shred Date to every file or box of files and we’ll keep track of them. Then on your assigned shred date, our automated system will contact you to let you know that we can shred your files and reduce your storage costs.
All you’d have to do is fill out the Shred Order form giving us your written authorization and we’ll shred everything for you. We’ll even give you a Certificate of Destruction as documentation for your records, to prove that your designated files have been securely shredded.
